Welcome to Georgina M. Cox’s website. By placing an order/commissioning, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read the dropdowns carefully.

1. General Information

This website is owned and operated by Georgina M. Cox. All artworks, prints, and designs are original and protected by copyright. Any reproduction or resale of images without permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Digital Commissions

By commissioning artwork, you agree that:

  • You have the right to any reference images provided.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • The final artwork will be delivered digitally, unless a print has been arranged.

  • We will talk about the turnaround time and agree upon it before payment.

3. Physical Products (Prints, Bookmarks, Keyrings, etc.)

  • All items are original designs by Georgina M. Cox.
  • Colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor differences.
  • Each product is for personal use only.
  • Commercial use, reproduction, or resale is not permitted unless a commercial license has been purchased
  • If you wish to use my artwork for commercial purposes (e.g. merchandise, branding, resale), please get in touch with me to discuss licensing fees and terms.

    • 4. Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).
  • Payments are processed securely via PayPal or Stripe.
  • Payment plans are available upon request for commissions.
  • Full payment must be received before dispatch.

    • 5. Shipping

    • UK orders: Estimated delivery 3–7 business days.

    • International orders: Estimated delivery 7–21 business days (customs delays possible).

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

    • Tracking is provided where available.

    • I am not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal issues after the item has been dispatched.

    6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of art prints and digital commissions, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please email with photos within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed on a case-by-case basis.

    • 7. Cancellations

    • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours unless the item has already shipped.

    • Commission cancellations: If the client cancels after work has begun, a fee will be charged for hours already completed. This amount will be deducted from the deposit or invoiced separately if no deposit was paid. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
