Obliviora Postcards (2025)

Designed as part of the Obliviora fine art stationery collection, this piece embodies the brand’s signature gothic-luxury aesthetic — gold tones on deep black, symbolising rebirth through decay. The serpent and lily motif entwine purity and temptation, echoing Obliviora’s central theme of beauty as both salvation and sin.

Oddity Town Logo (2025)

A bespoke logo created for Oddity Town, an independent art and oddities brand. The design draws on vintage circus typography and early 20th-century signage, pairing bold ornamental serifs with distressed textures to evoke nostalgia and theatrical curiosity.

Kerpy YouTube (2025)

A characterful digital banner created for the content creator @Kerpy, merging painterly realism with absurdist humour. The central figure — a surreal fish-headed soldier — balances parody and drama, transforming a meme-inspired concept into a composition reminiscent of classical war paintings.

Obliviora Stickers (2025)

Created as a symbolic motif for Obliviora — Georgina M. Cox’s dark-romantic art brand — this gold-ink illustration of a death’s-head hawkmoth merges memento mori tradition with celestial iconography. The radiating lines evoke sanctity and transformation, reframing decay as something illuminated rather than feared.

Mirrorbox V2 (2025)

This second iteration of Mirrorbox explores identity distortion through a bolder, more experimental visual language. The cover’s warped portrait—fragmented and folding in on itself—symbolises the recursive collapse of self central to the novel’s narrative.

Mirrorbox V1 (2025)

Serving as the debut cover for Mirrorbox, this edition introduces the world of experimental trauma simulation through a psychological-horror lens. The composition merges painterly realism with digital degradation—fractured brushwork echoing the novel’s central motif of identity recursion.

Muted reds and distorted facial imagery establish an atmosphere of claustrophobic introspection, while the typographic layout references scientific documentation and corrupted data. Every visual element—down to the cracked texture overlay—supports the book’s core question: when the mirror studies you back, what breaks first—your reflection or your memory?

Myths & Lies (2025)

Painted as the hardcover artwork for Myths and Lies of Ithyion, this composition reinterprets classical mythological imagery through a Romantic lens. Two divine figures reach across a luminous void, symbolising the fragile boundary between mortal and celestial realms. The warm, radiant palette and sweeping chiaroscuro nod to Renaissance frescoes while maintaining a contemporary emotional intensity befitting Carter’s mythic world.

Untitled - Lion Wearing Ruff (2024)

Created in 2024 for Oddity Town, this commissioned piece reimagines the lion — a symbol of strength and sovereignty — within the language of Renaissance portraiture. The ruff, historically worn as a marker of nobility and excess, transforms the animal into both monarch and spectacle. The result is a fusion of feral instinct and artifice, an image that questions where nature ends and performance begins.

Sadie Lady (2024)

Sadie Lady was painted in 2024 as a companion piece, celebrating a living presence rather than remembering one. Created for my partner’s dog, the work captures her strength and alert curiosity while preserving a softness that speaks to trust and familiarity.

Spyro (2024)

Spyro was painted in 2024 as a family memorial portrait. Like many of my commemorative works, it began from a place of grief but evolved into an act of tenderness — a way of preserving presence through light and texture. The painting captures not only likeness but character: the quiet alertness in the eyes, the subtle curve of posture, and the impression of thought behind the stillness.

Nalah (2023)

Nalah was painted in 2023 as part of a series of family pet portraits that quietly document affection through form. While the composition appears simple, the work focuses on an emotional subtlety often overlooked in animal portraiture: the gravity within innocence.

Italia's Cat (2023)

This portrait was created as a gift and memorial, painted for a friend in remembrance of her cat. The work approaches loss through stillness rather than sentiment, portraying not absence but enduring presence. In painting the subject, I aimed to capture the subtle balance between portraiture and memory — how an image can hold life long after it has passed.

Floki (2023)

Floki continues my exploration of personal animal portraiture, where familiarity deepens observation. Created as a family commission, this piece focuses on poise and presence rather than sentiment, capturing the subject’s dignity through stillness and form.

Kratos (2023)

Kratos was created as a family commission, though the process became something more intimate than simple likeness. Pet portraiture often carries a weight that human portraiture sometimes doesn’t: the responsibility to preserve not only the subject’s form but their spirit, their way of being seen and remembered.

Untitled - Through The Window (2024)

Untitled – Through the Window marks a rare moment of calm within my landscape practice, a composition that resists spectacle in favour of quiet observation. Created as a private commission, the piece explores the act of seeing itself: the emotional distance between interior and exterior, safety and exposure, solitude and connection.

Nyzaia (2025)

Painted with a rich, warm palette inspired by burnished gold and deep garnet, Nyzaia embodies elegance and quiet defiance. The composition channels Renaissance devotional portraiture, using downward gaze and ornate textiles to express both reverence and strength.

Elisara (2025)

Depicting Elisara, the ethereal monarch, this portrait fuses delicacy and regality. The soft, pearlescent palette contrasts the strength of her gaze, while subtle lighting alludes to her inner conflict — a queen poised between grace and resolve.

Caellum (2025)

A portrait commission for the Lost Kingdom Saga hardcover editions. Caellum was painted to convey nobility, restraint, and quiet melancholy — qualities mirrored in the controlled palette and chiaroscuro-inspired depth. The gold-threaded costume detailing draws from Baroque portraiture to evoke lineage and power.

The Heirs (2024)

Created as a promotional illustration for Laura Carter’s fantasy series, The Lost Kingdom Saga. The composition captures the four central heirs poised before a ruin, symbolising legacy, power, and resistance. Rich chiaroscuro lighting and painterly textures evoke a sense of epic drama rooted in classical storytelling traditions.

Twilight Requiem (2024)

A private commission piece depicting a cinematic portrait of an original character. Painted digitally, the work balances realism with stylisation — capturing a sense of narrative drama through lighting and atmosphere. The contrast of warm highlights against the urban dusk backdrop enhances the noir-inspired tone, with subtle attention to expression and costume design.
